Hi. I am unable to receive any call or app notifications on the device inspite of spending hours trying to troubleshoot the device. I restarted my phone, reset all the Bluetooth and notification settings as mentioned for trouble shooting. Everything! Nothing is working please help.

In addition to the information that @SunsetRunner requested, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor the notifications feature and see if the issue gets fixed.
