EOV has been working since I purchased my Versa 1.5 years ago. However, three days ago it stopped working. That is, the box still shows where it always has, but now there is no graph, or plot. Any ideas or suggestions? Thank you.

I'm having the same issue... I've tried cleaning the sensor, I make sure watch isn't too tight, and restarting watch- no luck..
