Versa/Flyer/Spotify

I have the Fitbit Versa and got the Flyer for Christmas. I have the spotify logo on my Versa but when I press it it says log into spotify on mobile app but I cant see how to do that . I looked at the settings icon on my Versa and went to bluetooth, clicked add audio device but it doesnt find the flyer. On my phone the Flyer is paired and I can listen to spotify through my phone. I want to listen to spotify without taking my phone put when running.  Sorry for the long post but would really appreciate any help x

On your phone, open the Spotify app and log into your Spotify account. 

If your already logged in, make sure that the Spotify App is running.

Thank you for replying. So I have managed to pair my flyer to my Versa.  My spotify is always logged in on my phone, and has a few devices like my phone, echo and tv attached to it. I cant seem to see where yo add a device on spotify, or how to log into spotify on the fitbit app? Sorry I am not very technical

You will need to pair the. Flyer to your phone's Bluetooth. 

As for Spotify on the phone have you ever listened to Spotify through your phone? If so you had to be loged in. 

Or do you listen to Spotify on the phone, if so, your logged in.

Yes, so my normal way of listening to spotify is on my phone through plug in headphones and I have never had a problem with it that way. But on my Versa when I press the spotify icon it says "log in to spotify from the fitbit mobile app" I cant see where to do this. My flyer is paired to my phone and my Versa

Is your Spotify app on the phone running? 

The Spotify app on your wrist is a remote control for the app on your phone. Therefore the phone app needs to be running.
