Versa Frustration

For over a week now my versa is disconnecting from my Samsung phone. I am unable sync or receive messages. I have invested too much time in problem solving just to get it to work for about an hour and then stop again. Last time I reached out Fit Bit Support for help they said they saw I was able to sync earlier in the day and that should be sufficient. Is anyone  else having repeated lost connection?

Hi @Dotzie6900  What Samsu g phone is it? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Samsung 9. Yes it is supported, hence the fact it worked until last week and works on and off this week.

Mmm I dont know what to suggest except try Support again.
