Versa GPS Tracker Incomplete on dashboard

Firstly my GPS is connecting correctly and I am not in low power mode.  My GPS only showing from the 2km mark on the dashboard when I review it so I can't actually see where i've walked.  It would appear it's picking up all my steps and calculating the correct distance.
