Hi there!
My Versa sometimes does this weird thing where it will randomly scroll through different pages on its own or “touch” the screen, opening different apps/ changing settings etc. It’s almost like it has a mind of its own.
The screen will often just stop responding or be temperamental as well.
Not sure if these issues are related.
I’ve tried looking for software updates but there’s nothing on the Fitbit app.
I wonder if it’s just because it’s an old device?
Anyway if there is a solution I would love to know about it.

Hi @minibarviolas - make sure the watch is clean, especially around the buttons, due to it's age - How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Sync the watch then if you can get there, from the watch Settings, About menu do a Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart it and charge it. This should resolve any transient issues, additionally you could try a different clock face.
This watch is one of the better watches but if the problems persist a Versa 2 would be the most compatible with what you have, though make a note of the names of any clocks or apps you use for installing again later.
