Hello, first post so hopefully I explain my issue clearly enough. Previously I had a Fitbit Alta hr, which seemed to be more accurate with my HR. My typical resting heart rate is between 48-52. With the Versa, I've noticed it getting stuck at certain rates (66-72),once I open the app (all day sync is on) that stuck zone immediately starts dropping to my typical resting rate in the low 50s. Once out of the app however it starts creeping back to that zone, and again once I've gone back to the app it starts going back to normal. So it seems the only accurate reading comes when I have the app open, which is frustrating as my HR grid is no longer accurate. I've tried several different placements on my wrist and different tightness, but it all circles back to the same issue. I've verified this with a blood pressure monitor as well. Hoping there is a fix.
Thanks!

Another example, versa is showing HR of 83, blood pressure cuff shows 55 and once in the app the heart rate quickly drops back down.

Bump. 90 BPM on versa, once in app immediately drops to 53 bpm confirmed by cuff. Would love a solution or do I need to return my watch?
