Hello,
I have had my fitbit versa for over a year now and it worked perfectly. However, lately the heart rate monitor has stopped working. I tried Manually shutting off the monitor setting, restarting the device and then turning it on again. It didn't work. I tried doing a factory reset, and it also didn't work.
Now, I am at a loss for what more I can do. I've read all the posts and tried everything I've read, but can't find a solution.
