Versa: Hours with 250+ steps not syncing properly

For the very first time today, my Fitbit app did not register all my 250+ steps per hour hours. My Versa indicates that I achieved this goal 7 out of 9 hours today, but after synching with the app on my iPhone, the app indicates only 3 out of 9 hours (interestingly the first two hours of the day and the last hour of the day). I went through all the suggested steps (on the Ionic page with the same topic: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Hours-with-250-steps-not-syncing-properly/m-p/2886321) carefully, and the problem was not solved. I hope a solution to this problem is found soon. Thanks.
