I have had a Versa for a few months and all has been well syncing with my galaxy s9+ I upgraded to a Huawei P30 Pro and now the versa is no longer receiving text and call notifications etc.
tried the usual fixes, restarted watch, restarted phone turned off notifications and back on.
any one having the same issues or have any ideas how to fix?
I have had the same problem for the last few weeks and also don't know how to fix it. I've researched a lot and it appears to be a problem that the Huawei p30 pro doesn't connect to the Fitbit.
Check ans make sure that there is no battery optimization for the Fitbit app. It needs to have permission to run in the background and while the phones screen is locked.
Battery optimization is key. Search settings for battery optimization. Select all apps and then not allow under fit bit app. Huawei likes to turn stuff off to get there battery life to last multiple days.
