Versa Just Died

I have only had my Versa since Christmas. It was tracking my HR super high and yesterday it stopped working completely. The screen is black so I am guessing it won't come back. Any ideas as to what happened?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

This just happened to my versa. Screen black and won’t turn on or connect to Bluetooth. How do we start if it won’t turn on. Is there another way to restart? Thank you.
