Versa Keeps Shutting Off

Yesterday evening I noticed my screen was on, but it wasn’t facing me and it was going between the main screen and 1st page of apps on its on. Later I noticed it had shut off by itself, but I still had at least half battery life. I tried to turn it back on, but nothing happened. I put it on the charger and it came back on, but I noticed a red blinking light at the back instead of the green blinking light. It was on this morning, but turned off again around 11 am. Tries to turn it on, but again nothing happened so I put on the charger and it came back on. It shut off again for a 3rd time around 3:30 pm. I still couldn’t manually turn on.m, so again I put on the charger. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening again?

I'm having this same problem, except now, my versa won't turn on at all!

It’s happened for a 4th time at about 6:45. Is there a glitch or something going on?

I ended up contacting customer support and they are replacing mine.

Thanks for the update. Mine went off again. I’m going to have to call customer support also.
