Versa Life not staying charged

The past few days I’ve noticed that my watch will not stay charged at all. For example, I’ll charge it to 100% and then an hour or so later it’s dead. Last night I charged it to 100%, put it on my wrist, then went to sleep. I woke up and it was dead.

Having same issue of Versa Lite not holding a charge or the display lighting up. It still tracks steps during the short periods of time it stays charged. FitBit is 8 months old & really important to me presently to track my steps & exercise since gyms are closed, very frustrating! I tried all the suggestions in the Help Section except turning it off in the watch Settings, which I can’t do because it won’t light up even long enough to see the time.

My Versa Lite sometimes shows 0% and then goes to 99-100%. It would randomly turn off when syncing or a notification comes in and I would have to put it on charge to get it to come back on. As of today, it will not stay on unless it's on the charger. Show's 100% battery life. It does have the latest update. I've tried multiple times to do a reset with no different result. Factory reset was done a couple months ago to resolve a no-sync issue. HELP!

I called them & after going back & forth for over 10 days, emailing photos & a purchase receipt, they sent me a new watch. You may have an issue with your charger, I didn’t.

I have two different chargers and that was something I did check--good idea
though. Unfortunately, this fitbit is beyond the warranty so I don't think
I'll be getting a replacement

I am also beginning to wonder if there is a charging problem.
