Versa Light - Bluetooth problem

My Versa Light will not pair or show up on settings under Bluetooth on my iPhone 12. I’ve tried the suggestions made on the Fitbit site to solve the Bluetooth problem, but nothing seems to work. The Fitbit  App is up to date, I’ve also tried deleting and re downloading it, but again nothing works. 

is anyone else having this issue with their Versa Light? Is it just time for a new Fitbit?

Hi @Superspud - presumably you have fully charged the watch and restarted it?  And phone too?

Also if you are using multiple devices it could be paired with another device. Make sure you turn off other devices while you are trying to set it up.

It the Fitbit App can't find it when you run "+ Set up a Device", check the watch is working.  Try lost watch process.What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
