Versa 3 Suddenly Stopped

Versa 3 just quit, everything stopped. Anyone else have this for a reason other than it just suddenly died?

HI @Debbie29469 - there can be different reasons for the watch stopping, one of the most common is the battery needs charging and when you charge it it doesn't do anything.

The battery was at 86% when it stopped. Since then, it won't sync to the
app, of course, so I don't know it's battery status. I know it's not
just the screen because otherwise it would sync to the app. None of the
sensor lights are flashing. Thanks for your response.

@Debbie29469- unfortunately it would seem it suffered some kind of damage, perhaps water getting in. If it's under warranty it can be replaced where you bought it.
