button not working, screen frozen

The side button has stopped working. I was able to swipe and landed on the wallet icon, I now have the wallet screen stuck, can't swipe any more to get back to the clock face. I changed the clock face in the app 3 times but it didn't appear on the watch, the wallet is still there. It is logging activity as normal but can only be checked on the app.

Hi @serger - sounds like the watch is frozen - if you can't use the button to restart it How do I restart my Fitbit device?  and it won't swipe, try logging out of the Fitbit App or placing it on the charge or waiting till it is fully discharged and stops.
