Wifes Versa Lite has black screened after 6 months use. Noticed that it hadn't sync'd since the 11thDec and charge was low, so she charged it, now its totally unresponsive, will not reset - holding side button in for 15-20 seconds - no response. Any ideas ? or is it DOA ?
