HI,
I have had my versa lite for a few months, a month or so ago it was not syncing and i tried all of the normal things to try and fix it, I tried to factory reset it but all i am getting is a red circle saying data not cleared sync and try again. I have tried re syncing.
Any suggestions on what i can try next

Let me share with you that the error message your Versa Lite is currently showing is because the firmware update process wasn't completed.
