Versa Lite no longer retaining GPS signal. Never used to have an issue and now will rarely retain signal and no longer accurately tracks my walks or distance. Same routes I have walked so not environmental issue

Thanks for your post and the details that were shared. Because your Versa Lite uses connected-GPS to route your exercise, can you please let me know which phone are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information from our help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists after taking into consideration the troubleshooting steps that are specified there.
