Versa Lite GPS connection issues

Versa Lite no longer retaining GPS signal. Never used to have an issue and now will rarely retain signal and no longer accurately tracks my walks or distance. Same routes I have walked so not environmental issue

Thanks for your post and the details that were shared. Because your Versa Lite uses connected-GPS to route your exercise, can you please let me know which phone are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information from our help article:  and let me know if the issue persists after taking into consideration the troubleshooting steps that are specified there.

Morning, I am using an IPhone 11. I have carried out all the checks in the article and found nothing that would be causing this issue. I’m so frustrated.
