Versa Lite Firmware Update difficulty

My watch is taking way tooooooooooooo long to download the update & started to get annoyed by this. Keep getting a message on my phone saying Last Synced what do I do?????

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with updating your Versa Lite. Thank you for your efforts and the additional details.
