Versa Lite GPS connection

This device & app is not worth a squirt of goat pee. GPS tracking doesn't work despite (1) phone gps turned on  (2) Fitbit app open (3) watch checked for "gps on" status before starting exercise >> walk. I'm now walking with Magellan cycling gps to get accurate route mapping & exercise stats. How do we get out money back for this piece of garbage?

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort troubleshooting your Versa Lite prior to posting and for the feedback that was shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Keep in mind that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, the input that's shared here in the Community Forums is always helpful for us.

 

In regards the issue you're experiencing with the connected-GPS feature of your Versa Lite, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please check the information that's specified on our help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
