Versa Lite No Screen Display

Hi,

The screen on my versa lite won’t display anything. When I press the side button it’s backlit but shows nothing. 

So far I’ve charged it (many times), held the button down for 10+seconds (many times). It’s not syncing either. No joy.
To top it off the sensors have now stopped flashing….

Wondered if anyone had any advice or experienced a similar issue before I contact Fitbit.

Mine did that Friday for about 4 hours! Mine how has a random glow around it and has lost a lot of battery life over night! I wouldn’t  mind but I’m on my 3rd versa lite in the last 18 months! I only got a replacement from **ahem**bit in March!! Thinking of getting my money back and going else we’re as this is ridiculous!

Same here! The same exact issue. Very frustrating.

It’s so frustrating, especially as they are far from cheap!!!
It’s helpful to know that it’s not just an isolated case before I speak to Fitbit.

It’s really frustrating having paid so much for it.
I’ll speak with Fitbit tomorrow, helps to know this isn’t the only case before I get in touch. Sorry you’ve experienced the same, thanks for taking the time to respond.
