I just received my second Versa Lite, which was refunded for free. The 1st one stopped getting text notifications a few weeks after I got it. I tried everything recommended to get them back, with no success. Shortly after this the watch stopped working completely. NOW I am on my second Versa Lite, and low and behold, text notifications are still not working on this one. I have tried EVERYTHING on the self help pages and talked to customer support multiple times. To say I’m frustrated with Fitbit in a large understatement!
Best AnswerMy verse lite just went completely dark after days of the hr either not tracking or tracking WAY off for an extended period of time. The response from customer service is: we know but maybe won’t be able to help. We will keep monitoring.
