Hi, I have a Note 7P running Android 9 which is connected to my new Versa Lite.
After the first day or two, my Versa Lite stopped receiving notifications from the phone for Whatsapp, Email, Texts, FB Messenger and phone calls. I tried simply switching the watch off and back on again, and it seemed to work for a time.
Notifications are once again not showing up on the watch and rebooting doesn't fix it now. The watch is still in sync for steps and other things. I just can't understand how it would work one day and not the next as my settings haven't changed.
I'm wondering should I return it or is there a fix available. Thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions.

Hi @JackieCa let's look at your phone.
First if the Fitbit app has been opened, let's move the app to the background.
Make sure Fitbit has permission to run in background and that power management is turned off for fitbit.
