Hi @Mbrown1804 Have you tried restarting your Versa several times? If not, give it a try. If the screen is still blank then you will need to contact Support.

Nelly g , thk-u  for the advice  it worked , however  I lost my emojis  text replies,  and don't know how to get them back. Would you happen to know how?

That is strange. Can you set them up again in your app on your phone? (But I'm  glad you got your clock face back!)
