Versa Lite Randomly Alarming

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have several alarms set throughout the day that are purposefully programmed on my Versa Lite. Recently, my Versa Lite has started to alarm at various times not on my list. Ex. This morning it was 6:18am, 6:30am, and 6:32am. Yesterday, it was at 4:28am. Every time one goes off, I check to see if it’s on my list and it is not. They seem to be completely random from day-to-day. I checked for a solution in the list, but my search just returned one report on a Versa, but several reports from 2018 on the Blaze without a solution, just others claiming an issue. I connect with an Apple IPhone X. I still need my set alarms, so I have not tried removing all the alarms. Please assist. I would sleep without my watch, but that wouldn’t stop it from vibrating on the desk at random times and I would lose my sleep insights. Thank you.

@MAP3 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for the research done prior to posting. I appreciate that you mentioned you would sleep with your Versa Lite.

Your watch could alert you at various times, including if you set an alarm, when you hit your step goal, or if you haven't met your hourly activity goal. Could you double check that your Versa Lite isn't vibrating for one of the reasons mentioned above? What are you seeing on your screen when your watch vibrates?

Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

When that vibrating occurs, it will show the same screen as a set alarm, so it will say the time and then the check mark to cancel or the snooze option in the upper corner. After it happens, I always double check my Alarms List to make sure I didn’t have an alarm set for the time it states in case one might have been set by accident, but there is never one listed. It is always at random times earlier in the morning (i.e. 4:37am and 6:18am) and I’ve never set any alarms for those times in the past.

I have the same problem. It just started. Have you figured out how to fix it?
