I started having the slow time issue two weeks ago. I was looking around in account settings under authorized devices and noticed several devices were showing from when I repaired the Fitbit. I deleted all of the devices but the current device and the time magically matched to my phone’s time again. Coincidence? Who knows.

I'm not sure what exactly could have caused the inconvenience, but I appreciate your help and thank you for taking the time to share the steps that worked for you.
