The other day I went to look at the time on my Versa Lite but on the screen a red x and data not cleared sync and try again was on my screen. I never told my fitbit to clear any data so why was my data reset?
I looked on the forums and have tried to restart it and factory reset it as said on many of the other forum posts but nothing fixes it. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't feel bad I've been at it for three days straight same problemtry reading the help form they're pretty helpful on solving the problem sharing your Bluetooth as a Wi-Fi connection kind of helps helps the information mode pretty good you're going to spend a lot of time starting and stopping
