Versa Lite Screen is Freaking Out

My Versa Lite screen is going crazy. The screen was fine all day yesterday, until I came home and hooked it up to charge. It charged fine, but the screen started glitching out after I unhooked it from the charger. It’s like the screen is lagging, but it’s not like the screen is just taking long to swipe or anything. It’s as if the image on screen is...”layered,” I guess I should say? If I could add a pic then I would. It’s hard to explain. The screen isn’t frozen, either. I’ve tried shutting it off, doing a factory reset, and updating the FitBit and the FitBit app. None of these have solved my problem. I use an iPhone 6S + with my FitBit, but the phone isn’t the problem. Hopefully the screen isn’t broken or anything. If anyone has any answers or have had the same problem in the past I would appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction as to what I should do. I’m hoping I don’t have to replace the watch all together.
