I have had my Versa Lite for 3 weeks. I was able to get a sleep break down and score the first three night and only a vague summary since. No score-- this is one of the main reasons I bought this Versa Lite was for the sleep tracking and now it doesn't work. I have been reading other forms and it seems like it is a huge problem to many people. Is there any solution for this problem?

@Cheri44 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my response.
Let me help you with your sleep detection and score. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here. Once there is enough sleep data you should get the sleep score.
Let me know how it goes.
