I received a Versa 2 and a new cell phone at the same time, about a week after receiving them, I stopped receiving texts on my Versa 2. I called Fitbit and they worked through every setting, even doing a factory reset. After all that - I exchanged my Versa 2 for a Versa Lite (what I wanted in the first place) and guess what? Still no text notifications. I fought with my cell phone provider today and they're saying it's a Fitbit problem . . .

Hi, just like iPhone users, some Android users suffer from this problem, mainly Samsung users (Tizen?). This is the result of the latest update form Fitbit to 70.7.14. Fitbit is aware of the problem and working on a fix for this problem, regards kuzibri

Fitbit has apparently fixed this issue - fingers crossed. I started receiving text notifications last night. I'm so glad as this was a gift (upgrade) from my previous device and I didn't want to be ungrateful.
