This has happened three times now with three different types of Fit Bit. After the warranty expires so does the device.
My current Fit Bit is the Versa Lite. Was a year old in December, I now have to charge every day. If it's an extra long day it will not male the whole day.
I don't wear it in water, even though it says you can.
I changed to Fit Bit clock face, turned off alarms., as suggested my support. It didn't help, but im not surprised. I shouldn't have to turn everything off in hopes of holding a charge.
I did contact customer service, who was zero helpful. All I want to know is this a common issue or just my luck, or unluck I guess?
Thanks, Jennifer

Hi @RockHunter72 - this can happen but it is usually for a reason, such a damp has accumulated in the watch, a rogue clock face or a syncing issue.
If it gets hot when charging stop immediately as it is damaged inside.
As you have switched clock face try turning off the phone Bluetooth and see if the battery lasts longer.
And make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices turned on, iPad, tablet etc.
Presumably you have restarted the watch, if not please try that too.
