Versa Lite battery draining and screen issues

I have had my Versa Lite for only 6 months and it quit working completely. For the past 3 days, the battery starting draining after a couple of hours. Afterwards, the screen stopped working. Now it isn't coming on at all. This is infuriating! From the posts that I have read, it seems that I am not the only one who is having this issue. Apparently, these trackers are defective. If these issues are not rectified, I will have to buy another tracker from one of your competitors.

Thank you for replying to my complaint. My tracker is completely dead. None of your suggestions worked. I want my tracker replaced.

Hello Ricardo,

 

I have been experience multiple issues with my Fitbit Versa(not collecting heart rate, battery drainage, incorrect step counts) so I completed a factory reset to see if these issues would be resolved. After completing the reset it looked like everything was back to normal but the heart rate was completely wrong. This morning however my Fitbit is completely dead! I followed the suggestions indicated in this thread but not changes to the product. I have not even had the product for 1 year yet. Can you please advise what next steps will be?

Hi, Ricardo. I am having the same issue. I have followed the reset instructions and the HR monitor does not work. There are no lights. What is he next step?
