My Versa lite battery is draining down to nothing in less than 24 hours. What do I do?

Hello there @Batteryargh, it is nice to see a new face around the community!
I'm glad to see you take the time to share your questions with us, I'll be happy to assist you.
The initial battery life of your Versa Lite can last up to 4+ days, but this can vary depending on usage.
Here's a breakdown of how different features affect battery life:

My versa 3 started doing this last week. Went from over a week on a charge to roughly 12 hours, basically overnight. Opened a case with support, and they tell me to buy a new watch....

I bought mine in January 2024 and suddenly it has stopped holding a charge. I thought I was going crazy but I charged it about 27 hours ago and just got the low battery alert. I have very minimal alerts, mostly my step reminders for only 5 hours a day. Only a few text messages today. This is ridiculous for only 7 months old. My last one was 3-4 years old before the battery went out. What are my options?
