Versa Lite battery is draining quickly

My Versa Lite won't hold a charge anymore, it only turns on when in the charger dock and remains at 0%. I have removed it from the app and synched again - it synched but will not remain turned on if I remove from the charger. 😫

 

Any suggestions?
