Hi there,

I have Versa lite about 6 weeks now. It all look to works well apart of the battery level. Since I have the watch it just got stuck to different % and won’t change until I restart the watch. It could got frozen on 98%, 35%, 16%, any really.. I was reading that after second full charge that should be resolved but it hasn’t happened. I have tried about 10 different clock faces and still the same. Any ideas? Thank you.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Viks123

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your Versa Lite battery. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend doing the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Please confirm the steps you've tried to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Some users reported to resolve the issue by letting the watch completely die while using it, then charge for several hours from a completely dead battery.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Hey,
Thank you for your help.

I am following the instructions to restart my watch as Ive done it before.

There were one face which the battery percentage was changing with. However
with 99% of the rest free faces it won’t change unless restarted.

Actually once I left the battery die I have changed the watch with that
which I presume it it working with. And then charged it again without
letting the battery to drain completely and changed the watch face and it
isn’t changing.

Thanks,
Viktoria
