Versa Lite battery not charging

Hi I've been using my watch as usual and it turned off suddenly I haven't been able to put it back on since the batterty always reads a red0% It ahsbeen charging for a day now without any result

Your software didn't show that thacharge waslow asit happens

My watch is dead,itlooks like the battery is dead

Please help I don'tuse tweeter

Thanks for your post and all the details that were shared.To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi Ricardo,

I've tried everything that's written on the site to no avail.

The screen is pitch black and has been ever since I wrote the post.

My feeling is that the battery is gone since the last thing I saw was a red 0%
although the watch had been charged the day before and has gone black in a
second.

What shall I do, how do you replace it?

Hey

Funny thing is my Versa died too no power no display nothing, I managed to hold all buttons down then it buzzed. The green light is flashing too now. Any ideas?

Lucky no.. dead mine last synced a few days ago. I contacted online support for some help. How old is yours?
