date and time

The date and time on my versa lite won't update, it is 3 days behind and 3 hours behind. I have turned it off, and tried to reset.

Hi @kelleymerrihew and welcome to the forum! Have you been able to sync your Versa Lite to your phone or iPhone? As long as the time is correct there, the day/time should be correct once you sync.

Date and time get taken from sync device each time it syncs.  That is only way to change them (other than time zone when off by exact number of hours).

I realize that probably does completely not solve your problem, but your issue is getting it to sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
