Versa Lite became responsive

My husbands versa lite has been acting weird for weeks now.  Locking up, touch screen now working, side  button unresponsive etc. So tonight he did a factory restart and tried to reconnect his watch to his phone and he has been at 1% for 2 hrs.  He has had the watch since Christmas.  What do we need to do?

@KrisRose, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your husband's Fitbit Versa Lite since the screen is unresponsive and the button stopped working as well. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please use a toothpick around the button in order to remove any dust or moisture that this part of the watch accumulates sometimes. After this, try a regular restart. To do so on the Versa Lite, follow the steps listed in this help article. Finally, monitor your husband's watch and see if the issues get fixed.
