Versa's screen doesn't turn on sometimes

My Fitbit was working perfectly fine for the first couple of months. Now sometimes the screen is on and sometimes it isn't, whenever it isn't on the screen is lit black, when the screen is on everything is functional.

@Lantaex, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display doesn't turn on sometimes.

 

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
