Versa Lite black screen

My versa lite 2 was flickering. Then had white lines.  Is now totally black.  It is syncing and vibrates. O tried long re start and changed my clock.

Hi,

I had a problem last night with my versa lite. The main screen was black, it wouldn't sync, and I could see icons such as settings, alarms, etc., but they wouldn't open. Have you tried turning your versa lite 2 off? Since I couldn't power off through settings, I shut it off by pressing the left side button for 10 secs. After it's off, it should turn back on by itself and resume normalcy within a minute or so. That's what worked for me, so I hope it helps you too. Good luck! 👍

I'm having the same problem.  Screen went blank today but still syncing and otherwise working fine.  Help!

I'm having the same problem. I've tried manually turning it off and back on but still get a blank kind of lit screen.

I am having the same problem with my versa 2 it was working fine i updated my time format on my account and now its not turning on. I went through all the trouble shooting it is like the battery is dead but I was at 75% before. Help

Nothing helped. I had to order a replacement.  Hope you have better luck.

I tried changing clock faces but that didn't help.  Now it won't sync.  Not sure what else to do.

Mine versa lite is having the same issue.

Its syncing and vibrating but the screen is blank.

I tired to change the clock face but it says watch not connected.

It says ensure watch is near and switched on... I have confirmed this has it flashes when I press the power button.

I did all the same exact things and nothing helped or changed. Now it won't sync or do anything, and I can't get it to update either.

nothing helped. I have followed all the suggestions, and it won't update or sync and the screen is still not working either.

Hello

It didnt work, and when I connected it to the laptop, it started to go hot.

The screen is not flickering anymore neither is it vibrating.
