I don't know what was with the last update, but my Versa lite won't sync, and the time is 20 minutes behind because of the not syncing. I have rebooted the versa lite, I have Uninstaller the app and re-installed it. Nothing is making it sync. I am about to switch to a different product. I have been trying to fix this for 4 days now, following suggestions on this forum.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa Lite won't sync and is showing the incorrect time. Thank you for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. If your watch is not paired to your Fitbit account at the moment, please follow the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If the device is still showing the wrong time after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here.
