Hi all,
My Versa just stopped working today, looked at my wrist and it was blank. Button does nothing and there is no indication when charging, no vibrations etc.
Tried to sync but phone can't find it. Any ideas? I did update the firmware a couple of days ago when prompted too

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
