Versa Lite blank screen issue after update

My Versa Lite just died on me tonight, I was sitting on the couch and it was working fine and then I went out to take my dog for a walk and noticed that it wouldn't turn on! No lights flashing or anything, just a black screen! Tried charging it and that didn't even help, these updates are ruining people's devices..not happy! I will never buy another Fitbit, moving on to something better and more reliable as a fitness tracker!!! 😡😡😡

@Allie1212 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the black screen issue that your Versa Lite has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

You're welcome! I put my Versa Lite on the charger and it doesn't vibrate, the screen is still black and the lights on the back are dead! It's been on the charger for 4 hours, so bummed because I got this replacement in February!

Same here.  After a firmware update, my versa lite was completely dead.

I put mine in the box for a day and it came back to life at 0%, charged it fully and it was working fine for about a few days! Last night it went completely black again and now it won't work again, this is ridiculous! The firmware update broke my tracker!!
