I have had my Versa Lite for a week. It has been working fine to date. I did the update a day or so ago and had no issues. Tonight, After working fine all day I went to check my watch to find a blank screen. I restarted my phone (Samsung A50) and made sure the device was synced.
It is syncing without error. I did a test notification call from the app and the watch vibrated but nothing showed on screen. I have tried to restart the device and nothing occurs. I then tried charging the device for 30mins and still nothing. I didn't even get the normal charging screen. Help? How do I fix this? I should not be having problems like this a week after getting the Fitbit.
