My versa lite fit bit had an error message data not synced or something like that, I finally was able to upload the newer software and sync my databdata,s then my versa lite kept shutting off in the middle of using it. Now it is not working at all (purplish glow). I've charge it, tried charging in a usb port on my laptop as well just in case, and I've tried holding down the left button. Nothing works. It was a gift for Christmas, less than 8 months old.
