Versa Lite blank screen

After charging I have a blank screen. Texts come through. I see icons - settings- exercise etc. but cannot open them. Cannot see anything on screen - steps - time - date. When I hit the button old texts come up.

any fix here to get it back.

also it goes to Sync but doesn’t complete so cannot complete that.
