My button on my Versa Lite quit working so I can no longer set or change alarms or just turn the screen on. Is there a way to fix this or am I out of luck?

Hi, check using a magnifying glass that the button is not blocked/twisted/broken etc., if there is no discernible way to fix it probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly.They may be able to help you.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa Lite using the Settings app. On your device, please tap on the Settings app, scroll down and tap on turn off.
