I am having the worst struggles lately with this watch. Im an android user and I've been in a hotel for an extended period of time and will be for a long while more. My app would NOT recognize a device for a long while and today I just removed the device hoping to re-add it and now it still can't find the device. Its fully charged. I've tried both crappy hotel wi-fi AND my phones mobile data and either way nothing works. I'm also having similar issues with my kids Ace 2s (they need an update but won't do it) I'm at my wits end and ready to throw the watches in the trash

Hi @LeaB80. Welcome to the forums.
Thanks for the troubleshooting steps tried prior to posting, and I'm sorry that you've gone through this situation with your Versa Lite and your kids Ace 2. This isn't the experience that you should have with these devices and let me give you a hand with this. Before anything else, have you made sure to have the Fitbit app updated? Also, did you have your kids Ace 2 next to the Versa Lite when trying to sync?
While you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following:
Once this is done, try to sync your kids trackers making sure they're not close to each other. This will allow them to connect correctly without any interference.
