Hi, I updated my versa via the app yesterday. It went through its update the the screen went blank. The system is responsive but the screen is not working at all. I tried the factory reset with no luck ( screen won't show me fitbit icon).
Can anybody tell me what to do?? Thanks 😊

Hi @Joleewills
I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue after the update. I see you have tried a factory reset and that didn't do the trick. Will you please try doing a reset (hold the button down for 10+ seconds). Try doing this several times. This did the trick on my husbands Fitbit when his screen was black. I held the butting down for closer to 20 seconds each time and the third time I got the Fitbit logo and it came back to life.
Fingers crossed it does the trick for you.
